The Metz XS has come out on top once again, this time on Rosenbauer's UK doorstep with South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service who have ordered 2 units due for delivery next spring.

The decision to increase the front line aerial fire fighting and rescue capability was taken by South Yorkshire earlier in the year and following subsequent in depth trials and testing, the Metz XS was selected once again, just as many other UK Services have done since its launch in 2013.
